How to perform Good Morning

Not many people will say they love performing Good Mornings but it is really an awesome exercise.  It is very uncomfortable due to the position you have to get in but works muscles that are tend to be weak on people but have great potential for strength.  Whether you are male, female, athlete, or just working out for looks I think this exercise should be in most of your programs.

It is very easy to get out of position on this exercise so make sure you are strict with yourself and make SURE that your spine stays straight and keep your abdomen tight.  The muscles it works aren’t the most showy but it has great carry over not only to sports but everyday activity.  Plus, it helps butts and everyone like a nice butt!
